Annotation: 

The article examines the contribution of Rakhmatjonov Gulomjon., a freelance expert of the design and estimate department of the State Expertise Department and a lecturer at the Tajik Technical University named after Academician M.S. Osimi, to the development of the pricing system in the construction industry of the Republic of Tajikistan. The relevance of improving the cost estimation and regulatory framework and introducing modern approaches to determining construction costs is noted. The main stages of the formation of regulatory documents, the implementation of the resource method, the development of classifiers of construction resources, as well as the scientific and pedagogical activities of a specialist in the field of personnel training are analyzed. It is shown that the works and practical activities of Rakhmatdzhonov G. played a significant role in strengthening the methodological base, forming transparent pricing mechanisms and increasing the efficiency of investment and construction activities in the republic.
